The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and last-mile delivery process. This includes coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with dispatch activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the daily inventory operations, including stock management and dispatch coordination.
2. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Warehouse Officer.
3. Support riders with the delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
4. Track deliveries and update the system with delivery confirmations.
5. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the warehouse.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
1. Operational Efficiency: Ensure at least 95% of deliveries are dispatched on time.
2. Inventory Management: Report stock shortages before they impact operations.
3. Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely dispatch and delivery tracking.
4. Collaboration: Effectively work with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.

SKILLS:
1. Good communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
