*Job Description*
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. You will create content that tells the story of our products, educates our audience, and inspires trust in the effectiveness of herbal remedies.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Strategy Development*: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- *Content Creation*: Produce engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and reels, to promote products and company initiatives.
- *Community Management*: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- *Analytics & Reporting*: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- *Campaign Management*: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions.
- *Trend Monitoring*: Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to remain relevant.
- *Collaboration*: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with broader campaigns.

*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (portfolio of work required).
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Creative writing and content creation skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must reside in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for engaging online communities.
