Job Title: Worship & Media Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Worship & Media Leader to join our team at Pursuing Holiness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a 24/7 culture of worship and prayer, leading worship and prayer gatherings, and overseeing the development of Pursuit Music Productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for creating a 24/7 culture of worship and prayer
  • Lead worship and prayer gatherings, including training and leading volunteers
  • Oversee the development of Pursuit Music Productions, including community events and video production
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Pursuit 24/7 Prayer, Worship and community impact mission
  • Participate in leadership fasting, praying and total devotion seeking God for direction concerning Pursuit

Requirements:

  • Must have an evident and tangible calling to worship and prayer and have led in that capacity previously
  • Must be able to play the keyboard (and an additional instrument an advantage) and have the anointing to worship and lead others
  • Engaging and developing volunteer worshippers and musicians to be part of PURSUIT vision
  • Developing and managing training for interns and volunteers, in devotion, prayer and worship
