Pursuing Holiness is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Worship & Media Leader. This role will be based in an undisclosed location.

Job Overview

The Worship & Media Leader will be responsible for developing a 24/7 culture of worship and prayer within our organization. This includes leading worship services, training and leading volunteers, and overseeing community outreach initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can play the keyboard and has the ability to engage and develop volunteer worshippers and musicians. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading worship teams and managing volunteer programs.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a vision for worship and prayer within our organization
  • Leading worship services and events
  • Training and leading volunteer worshippers and musicians
  • Overseeing community outreach initiatives
  • Managing video production and editing
  • Contributing to the development of Pursuit Music Productions
  • Participating in leadership fasting and praying for direction concerning Pursuit

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for worship and prayer
  • Experience leading worship teams and managing volunteer programs
  • Ability to play the keyboard and lead worship services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
