*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Accounting Support:
o Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
o Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of transactions.
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
o Input financial data into accounting systems.
o Ensure all financial documents are properly organized and filed.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
o Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
o Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
4. Compliance and Auditing:
o Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Other Duties:
o Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
o Handle petty cash and other day-to-day financial operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical aptitude.
Preferred: Internship or prior experience in accounting.
