Senior Financial Operations Manager

At MINISO LIFESTYLE NIGERIA LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team.
About the RoleWe estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of ₦5,000,000 - ₦8,000,000 depending on experience.
The Senior Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, investor relations, tax, and treasury departments. This includes managing the financial operations of our stores, overseeing the company's transaction processing systems (Receivable and Payable), and implementing operational best practices.
You will also maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, manage outsourced functions, and oversee the operations of the Finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
This role requires you to review work by junior team members, recognize training opportunities for junior team members, and offer knowledge and support to develop team member performance.
In addition, you will oversee the issuance of financial information with the approval of the Finance Director, report financial results to the Regional Finance directors, and assist in monitoring the internal control systems.
You will also understand and assist in mitigating key elements of the company's risk profile, assist in ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain relations with external auditors.
Furthermore, you will participate in conference calls with the investment community, maintain banking relationships, and assist with Payroll preparation, review, approval, and payment initiation.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Competence in Tax Management
- Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Business Computer Application such as Microsoft Excel, database administration, xero accounting software etc.
- In-depth understanding of accounting and financial activities
- Awareness of Data Security
- Calm and professional attitude with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication abilities
