• Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
o Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and strategic negotiations.
o Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Sales Operations:
o Develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability.
o Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
o Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
o Prepare sales projections and budget plans for the sales and marketing department
o Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and lead generation efforts.
o Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
o Liaise with the finance department to ensure alignment on revenue targets and profitability.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Track sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
