Job Description:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, streamlining communication, and supporting the daily operations of the agency head. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
• Inbox & Calendar Management - Keep schedules organized, manage emails, and prevent double bookings.
• Client & Lead Management - Respond to inquiries, onboard new clients, and follow up on leads.
• Document & Research Assistance - Prepare reports, contracts, and industry research.
• Project Management - Ensure tasks are completed on time with regular check-ins and progress tracking.
• Basic Social Media Support - Assist with scheduling posts, engagement, and keeping the agency's online presence active.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and project management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
Salary: ₦50,000 per month
