Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
Financial Planning: Assess clients' financial situations and goals, providing tailored financial advice and strategies.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and regulations to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Portfolio Management: Assist clients in managing their investment portfolios, providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and marketing practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing strategies and client portfolios, making adjustments as necessary.
Education and Training: Conduct workshops and seminars to educate clients on financial literacy and investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
OND/HND BSc degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial services or sales/marketing roles.
Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CIIN, ARIAN, NIMN) are a plus.
Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong marketing and promotional skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under little or no supervision.
Must be SMART and strategical.
Team spirit and a goal getter.
Ability to work with target.
Work Environment:
Typically works in an office setting but may require travel or be in the field for client meetings and networking events.
