
Personal Assistant To The Head of Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF JOB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and coordinate the HOO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and related arrangements
2. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
3. Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence;
4. Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items
5. Serve as a liaison between the HOO, managers, and other members of staff
6. Answer and respond to phone calls; communicate messages and information to the HOO
7. Keep the HOO informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
8. Support the HOO's efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of his daily work routine
9. Ensure a clean workspace by getting the janitors to carry out routine cleaning exercise promptly
10. Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the HOO

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Admin, Secretariat Studies, Economics or any related course, 1 year maximum post NYSC experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist or similar role
