Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Graduate Trainees to join our Sales and Marketing team. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to excel in a competitive B2B sales and marketing environment.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

- Learn about IQ Distributions’ product portfolio and understand the value propositions of Ricoh, Fujitsu, and other premium brands.

- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive product awareness and increase market share.

- Engage with clients to identify their pain points, offer tailored solutions, and foster strong business relationships.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

- Support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and marketing campaigns.

- Participate in product demonstrations and customer training sessions.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer-centric strategies and processes.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.


Experience level: No prior experience required, but internships in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
