We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Trainees to join our team at Digitize Africa. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to excel in a competitive B2B sales and marketing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical thinking with attention to detail are also essential.

We offer comprehensive training on products and sales techniques, exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, opportunities to work with leading global brands, and a competitive remuneration package of N4,200,000 per annum.

As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will:

  • Learn about IQ Distributions' product portfolio and understand the value propositions of Ricoh, Fujitsu, and other premium brands.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive product awareness and increase market share.
  • Engage with clients to identify their pain points, offer tailored solutions, and foster strong business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve customer-centric strategies and processes.
