Sales and Marketing Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Trainee - Sales and Marketing to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to develop the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to excel in a competitive B2B sales and marketing environment.

IQ Distributions Ltd is a leading authorized distributor of Ricoh and Fujitsu products in Nigeria and West Africa. We specialize in providing cutting-edge document scanners, intelligent multi-function printers, 360 meeting devices, and projectors to businesses in the region.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for learning about our product portfolio and understanding the value propositions of premium brands. You will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive product awareness and increase market share.

• You will engage with clients to identify their pain points, offer tailored solutions, and foster strong business relationships.
• You will conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
• You will support the preparation of sales pitches, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
• You will participate in product demonstrations and customer training sessions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. You should also possess:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
