The Human Resource Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the human resource function within a dynamic real estate environment. The role requires strategic planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance expertise to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as necessary.
Oversee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company guidelines.
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Work with managers to set KPIs and identify areas for employee development.
Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.
Conduct regular salary benchmarking to remain competitive in the real estate industry.
Oversee the management of employee attendance and leave records.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Analyze HR metrics and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and career development paths.
Promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming workplace for all employees.
Organize team-building events and activities to strengthen workplace relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
