Job Summary
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the services sector, focusing on insurance, banking, HMO, and related industries.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in services sales, preferably in insurance, banking, HMO, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
