Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at PEM Security Guard Network. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, train, and deploy security guards to meet the needs of our clients.
  2. Vet and conduct background checks on potential security guards to ensure they meet our high standards.
  3. Develop and implement effective training programs to equip our security guards with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  4. Supervise and monitor the activities of our security guards to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  5. SOURCE FOR POTENTIAL SECURITY GUARDS TO ENSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF QUALITY SERVICE IS MAINTAINED.
  6. Ensure that our clients' images and reputations are protected by implementing effective security measures.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Maintain accurate records of our security guards' performance and provide regular feedback to help them improve.
  9. Evaluate and approve the deployment of security guards to ensure they have the necessary skills and qualifications.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a security management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully recruiting, training, and deploying security personnel.
