Job Title: Architecture Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Architect to oversee architectural projects related to furniture manufacturing from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to lead and manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee the design and manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager Architect, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
