Job Summary

A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor, Plugzone online, is seeking a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customers' lists, and assist with purchases. Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Providing high-class customer service, increasing company growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes, picking, and invoicing
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide customers with information about items
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products
  • Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints
  • Provide customers with information about items
  • Elevate complaints to management
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

SALES OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:

  • OND, HND
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience in Sales, customer relations in a Retail or Pharmacy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba is very important
