Pharmacy Sales Representative

At Plugzone Online, we are seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and merchandising products, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. As a Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue through maximizing sales opportunities.

• Welcome and greet customers, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand
• Manage point-of-sale processes, including picking and invoicing, with accuracy and efficiency
• Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Provide customers with information about products, addressing their queries and concerns
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Stay up-to-date with company products and services, utilizing this knowledge to inform customers and drive sales
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed, ensuring seamless resolution
• Record all sales, customer appointments, and complaints accurately and promptly

• OND or HND qualification in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in retail or pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting your value to our organization. In addition to your basic salary, you can expect:

• An estimated salary of NGN 450,000 - NGN 600,000 per annum
