At FriendnPal, we're seeking a dedicated Physiotherapy Support Specialist to join our team. As a Physiotherapy Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to support physical rehabilitation and wellness of clients. Your key responsibilities will include patient assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, education, record keeping, collaboration, and community engagement. A degree in physiotherapy, clinical experience, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications are essential qualifications for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical conditions and mobility limitations.
* Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans to address patient needs.
* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery and improve physical function.
* Educate patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
* Work closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
* Participate in outreach programs and health workshops to raise awareness about physiotherapy and overall wellness.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in physiotherapy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant certifications or licenses in physiotherapy preferred.
