Job Title: Relationship Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase business growth. The Relationship Development Manager would be expected to mobilize customers for small business loans within specific areas, lead the development of retail deposits, and develop high network individual and corporate relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Mobilization of customers for small business loans within targeted areas.
  • Lead a team in developing retail deposits.
  • Develop and manage high network individual and corporate relationships.
  • Verification of clients' addresses in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals.
  • Recovery of overdue loans while ensuring long-term customer relationships.
  • Appraisal of clients' businesses and capacity to service requested loans.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-5 years' experience preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong industry and HNI network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
