About the Role
Trident Microfinance Bank is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Officer to join our team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for mobilizing customers for small business loans within designated areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Mobilize funds and account opening for new customers
- Develop and manage high network individual and corporate relationships
- Verification of clients' addresses in compliance with company guidelines
- Participation in credit committee for loan appraisals where required
- Recovery of overdue loans through excellent customer service
- Appraisal of client's business and capacity to service requested loan
- Capture all required information for loan processing
- Post-disbursement monitoring and portfolio management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 1-5 years' experience in a financial institution
- Strong industry and HNI network
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the economy and market
