Job Title: Academy Trainer

Lumos Nigeria seeks a seasoned Training Specialist to lead our training initiatives in the South-West (Ibadan) & South-South (Port Harcourt) regions. This role involves developing and delivering high-quality training programs to equip trade partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs analysis to assess training requirements and identify potential trade partners.
• Collaborate with management to tailor training to business needs and develop training curriculum and materials for trade partners.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using clear communication and interactive learning techniques, managing logistical elements such as scheduling, venue selection, and distribution of learning materials.
• Build relationships with partners to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development, maintaining set KPIs and achieving training targets as required.
• Ensure 100% adoption and usage of technology-based work tools by trade partners and assess the impact of training programs, providing feedback to improve future sessions.

Requirements:
• A minimum of HND in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in training and capacity building.
• Proficiency in public speaking and presentation, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to read an audience and deliver exceptional training.
