About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Change Management Lead to join our team at Wajesmart Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformation and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management programs to support our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine strategies for driving visibility, dissemination, and adoption of business transformation initiatives.
  • Organize digital and innovation events such as hackathons, seminars, and master classes in conjunction with internal and external teams.
  • Support the Head of Digital Transformation, Business Engagement and Culture in developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Run maturity assessment programs to gauge digital culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a deep knowledge and understanding of business strategy and how the vision links to Digital Transformation & Innovation
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, Agile Methodology and Change Management
  • Prior experience in implementing change with a best practice methodology like ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S or Kotter's is an added advantage
