Credit Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Credit Support Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the area of loan products sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and on-board new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from application to approval.
• Review and process loan requests in a timely and efficient manner, taking into account individual creditworthiness and associated risks.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of customer creditworthiness, utilizing industry knowledge and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Update ledgers and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collections and system transactions posting, ensuring timely payment processing and reconciliation.
• Monitor progress of new and existing loans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Ordinary National Diploma or higher from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
• Strong analytical and soft skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
• Proficiency in report preparation and interpretation, with ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Creativity drive and track record achievement, with a proven ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing landscape.
