
Business Development and Portfolio Manager

KAYLOG ECONOMIC FREEDOM CAMPAIGN is a dynamic organization seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Business Manager position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our loan product sales efforts in the Southwest region, particularly in Ogun State and Ibadan.
Responsibilities:- Branch and Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance branch performance, boost customer engagement, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Customer Loan Review and KYC: Conduct comprehensive assessments of customer loan applications, validating their creditworthiness and evaluating associated risks.
- Customer Recruitment and Documentation: Attract new customers, navigate their onboarding process, and maintain precise documentation.
- Loan Request Processing: Assess and process loan requests in a timely manner, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Creditworthiness Assessment: Analyze customer credit history, financial statements, and relevant data to evaluate their creditworthiness.
- Ledger Updates and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, updating ledgers and documentation as necessary.
- Repayment Collections and System Transactions: Supervise the collection of loan repayments, accurately post transactions, and manage our financial systems.
- Loan Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor the progress of new and existing loans, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Education: Minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma from any recognized University or Polytechnic.
- Skills: Strong analytical and soft skills, with a focus on creativity and achievement.
- Industry Experience: Interest in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Report Preparation and Interpretation: Ability to prepare and interpret reports, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
