Guard Supervision Specialist

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring that all guards are properly trained, deployed, and supervised. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Deployment and Supervision: Deploy guards to client sites, ensuring they are properly equipped and briefed on site-specific requirements, and supervise their performance to guarantee adherence to company policies and standards.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and provide timely feedback on guard performance.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of guard activities and documentations, including training, deployment, and performance evaluations.
