We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Officer to manage our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement HR strategies and policies
- Recruit, train, and develop employees
- Manage employee relations and conflicts
- Administer benefits and compensation
- E nsure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Collaborate with management on HR initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Microsoft Office
