- Manage employee relations and conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management on HR initiatives to drive business growth.
