Job Overview

The Sales Officer role at Blakskill Limited is a key position that requires a talented individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries of petroleum products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close sales deals.
  • Ensure all agreements are documented and signed by both parties to avoid disputes.
  • Follow up on existing and prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to customer defaults, market fluctuations, product quality, and operational inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Petroleum Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years in business development, sales, or commercial roles. Experience in downstream oil and gas is an added advantage.
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
