Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to optimize lead generation.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape through continuous market research and analysis.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Pursue effective sales negotiations to secure favorable outcomes and close sales contracts.
