Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Poultry Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our poultry processing plant, ensuring that all birds are processed according to established quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evisceration – Ensure that all birds are eviscerated efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning and Dressing – Oversee the cleaning and dressing of birds according to established quality and hygiene standards.
  • Quality Control – Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management – Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Team Management – Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in poultry processing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
