Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a High-Profile Business Development Manager and Executive Assistant.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and providing executive support to our CEO/Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development, executive support, or a similar high-profile role within the travel and tourism industry.

You will be a self-starter with exceptional business acumen, excellent administrative skills, and a strong network within the travel and tourism sector.

Responsibilities
  • Drive high-level business growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporate stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals to expand the company's market presence.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value business deals, contracts, and sponsorships.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, executive support, or a similar high-profile role within the travel and tourism industry.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in generating business revenue, forming strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
