About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
- Manage a team of DSRs to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand values.
- Develop local networks to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective inventory management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in direct selling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team to success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
