About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of DSRs, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
  • Manage a team of DSRs to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand values.
  • Develop local networks to expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective inventory management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in direct selling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team to success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
