Job Description

FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is a leading outsourcing company that provides innovative solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with customers.
  • To develop local networks to assist in growing sales volume and expanding the company's presence in the market.
  • To manage DSR inventory to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • To lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to meet sales targets and uphold the brand values.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND in relevant fields such as marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in direct selling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team to success.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
