Job Description

The Marketing Strategist at DynamicPlusAdvisory will be responsible for driving brand growth through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Write and proofread marketing materials, including social media posts and advertising copy.
  • Coordinate with designers, animators, and printers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms.
  • Foster relationships with influencers to promote the brand and support the development of new competitions and campaigns.
  • Undertake audience research to inform marketing strategies and monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activity performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
