Marketing Strategist for Branch Customer Acquisition

Job Summary:
As a key member of the GTI Group team, this role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing risk assets, ensuring timely loan repayments, and contributing to revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking operations, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the customer base through the development of new business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor high-quality risk assets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely loan repayments and maintain a healthy Portfolio At Risk (PAR).
- Mobilize low-cost deposits to increase revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the protection and maintenance of branch fixed assets.
- Assist in customer advocacy initiatives to promote digital platform adoption.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of banking experience.
- Strong analytical and initiative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
- Proven marketing and customer relationship skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
