The Van Sales Representative role at Dexnova Consulting Limited involves driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across various territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the company-owned van to assigned territories, routes, or customer locations to conduct sales visits and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
• Process sales transactions, take orders from customers, and issue receipts or invoices for purchases.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and challenges in the sales territory through market research and customer feedback.
• Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
• A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or van sales role.
• Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
• Strong customer focus attitude, negotiating skills, and sales-oriented mindset.
Benefits:
