Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Kaduna. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of medical equipment and supplies to healthcare facilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and private practices in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for medical equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our company's product range.
  • Provide technical information and support to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our company's customer base in your territory.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our company's brand and products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve targets.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₦800,000 - ₦1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
