Job Overview

Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Manager in the recruitment process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our services industry projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Efforts Support:

The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates, preparing recruitment materials, and posting jobs to relevant freelance platforms. They will also be responsible for screening resumes and job applications, conducting interviews when necessary, and negotiating rates to ensure timely project execution.

  • New Talent Onboarding:

Once new talents are hired, the candidate will promptly onboard them on our vendor portal, ensuring seamless integration into our team.

Key Requirements:
  • Education:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a language-related field is required. Strong organizational, time management, English communication, and English writing skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Soft Skills:

Initiative in developing creative solutions, commitment to professional customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are highly valued in our organization.
