Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Management of schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team, assisting with calendar organization.
- Coordination of office activities, including handling communications, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Support to team members with various administrative needs, including correspondence and information requests.
- Maintenance of office supplies and ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment.
- Assistance with onboarding processes, preparing documentation for new hires, and supporting staff logistics.
- Upholding company policies and standards in all office processes and interactions.
- Handling inquiries and providing clear information to visitors and callers, maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite and G Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A relevant certification in Hospitality, Human Relations, or a related field is an advantage.
As an Office Operations Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of ₦250,000 - ₦350,000 per month, depending on your experience. Additionally, we offer health insurance and feeding allowances as part of our employee benefits package.
