Job Summary

PWAN GROUP is seeking a highly experienced Head of Accounting Operations to lead our accounting department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Financial Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting and financial management.
