Job Overview

PWAN GROUP is seeking an experienced Accounting Leadership Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team as Head of Accounting Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and coordinating with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in accounting and financial management.
