Job Title: Invoice Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Invoice Coordinator will be responsible for creating and processing accurate invoices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process accurate invoices within agreed deadlines;
- Ensure invoices comply with company policies and procedures;
- Follow up on payments and manage accounts receivable;
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing issues, discrepancies, and overdue payments;
- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and receipts;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred;
