We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our daily activities at our office in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient administration of our office, performing tasks such as filing, photocopying, handling correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in inventory management and office supply replenishment
- Support other staff members in task completion and project coordination
- Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Residency in Abeokuta, Ogun State is required
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
