Job Description
Role Overview
We seek an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives with strategic oversight. This role encompasses market research, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership to align our marketing efforts with business objectives, maximize brand equity, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for social media, digital products, and email campaigns.
- Write persuasive and engaging copy for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns to promote digital products such as courses, webinars, and events.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and expand Kisha Immigration's presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Craft engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Monitor and engage with online communities to boost brand loyalty and audience interaction.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign automation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, and market gap analysis, and translate research findings into actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results and inform future strategies.
- Utilize SEO techniques to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Copywriting & Storytelling:
- Write compelling, story-driven copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with the brand voice.
- Create high-quality, persuasive marketing materials, from short-form ads to long-form content.
- Develop engaging narratives for courses, webinars, and other digital products.
- Project & Product Management:
- Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans for digital and offline products, like courses and webinars.
- Oversee the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and evaluation.
- Branding & Vendor Management:
- Oversee creative outputs, including graphics, photography, and promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with vendors and creative agencies for marketing activities.
- Transform public visibility through innovative branding campaigns.
- Customer Insights & Value Proposition:
- Integrate customer and cultural insights into marketing strategies.
- Drive initiatives to secure growth and enhance customer value.
- Offline Marketing & Webinars:
- Develop offline marketing strategies to complement digital efforts.
- Organize and execute webinars with the team to engage target audiences.
- Thought Leadership Initiatives:
- Create and execute plans for thought leadership content to build awareness and credibility.
- Produce various forms of marketing content, including interactive, direct marketing, and executive presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and storytelling. Demonstrated expertise in social media and digital marketing strategy is also required. Experience in marketing digital products such as courses and webinars is preferred. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools is essential. Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation is necessary. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are required. Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools is also necessary. The ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for optimal results is crucial. Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
