Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the organization of key client projects for our Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS).

Your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure timely delivery and desired results, utilizing your solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
• E nsure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and with optimal resource allocation.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, leveraging strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, utilizing excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, incorporating risk management techniques to minimize project risks.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, establishing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering (for technical project managers) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of working experience as a project administrator in the hospitality sector, preferably with PMP/PRINCE II certification.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in project management, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management, with the ability to perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
