Executive Culinary Director

1. Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, including menu development, inventory management, and food preparation.

2. Maintain high levels of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.

3. Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

5. Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment, with a focus on both savory and pastry preparation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer literacy, with basic experience in MS Office.
