Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients directly in their communities, promoting MiCash's services, collecting payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives while growing your career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales strategies to attract new customers and grow MiCash's client base.
  • Conduct face-to-face interactions with potential and existing customers to explain MiCash's services and benefits.
  • Collect daily contributions and payments from customers and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable working outdoors and have a valid driver's license.
