Key Responsibilities:
1. Dental Procedure Support
  Provide assistance to dentists during various dental procedures, surgeries, and treatments.
  Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
  Ensure all necessary instruments, equipment, and materials are prepared and arranged for surgeries.

2. Equipment Management
  Perform routine maintenance on dental equipment and instruments.
  Report any malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate personnel.
  Sterilize and organize instruments to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

3. Patient Care Coordination
  Comfort and reassure patients before, during, and after dental procedures.
  Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in emergency situations.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping
  Maintain accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures and patient information.
  Update and organize patient files in compliance with regulatory standards.

5. Team Collaboration
  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and dental staff for seamless patient care.
  Communicate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.

6. Professional Development
  Stay updated on advancements in dental surgery techniques and technologies.
  Attend relevant workshops, training sessions, and conferences.

Requirements:
Certified Dental Surgery Technician or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
